Refund Policy
1. General Condition
- Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The footwear must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- If you receive a different product from what was ordered (wrong color or size).
- If the product has a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery.
- In these cases, Adoukou will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.
3. Size Exchange
- If the size does not fit, we offer an exchange service for a different size (subject to availability).
- If an exchange is requested due to a customer’s preference (and not an error on our part), the customer may be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, accepted refunds will be processed via bank transfer or money transfer agencies after the product is inspected and its condition is verified.
