• All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any model at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Confirmation

• Once an order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your details and shipping address.
• Adoukou reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer cannot be reached or if the provided information is incorrect.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping to all cities across Morocco.
• Delivery typically takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and logistical conditions.
• Once the package is handed over to the courier, any delays are the responsibility of the service provider. However, we commit to tracking your order until it reaches you.

5. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)

• We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The customer agrees to pay the total agreed amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

• Size exchanges are permitted if the fit is not right, provided the footwear is in its original condition and has not been worn.
• Any manufacturing defects or issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
